Upon inspecting the product I had purchased, I discovered the clutch fan I ordered had a damaged blade (the tip had broken off). I contacted IRace and Mats promptly responded and reassured me he would have a replacement sent to me the very next Monday. I sent the broken fan back under their shipping account. And 3 business days later, the replacement had already arrived. Very impressed at how this was dealt with! Canada has been long needing a well put together online source for aftermarket perfomance parts like IRace. The online store has great selection and unbeatable pricing. Mats honoured a discount that was no longer valid weeks after the initial quote while I sat on a decision due to the exchange rate taking a dive so top marks for that. Free shipping is a bit spotty. The carrier used were not the most prompt or responsive; I think it was Loomis Express. Depending on the price, I would probably spend the extra bit for a better company to deliver it but other than that, you can't go wrong with these guys.
