Additional delays may be experienced depending on your cities COVID situation. For example, Red Zones in Ontario will experience delays due to restrictions placed on the carriers by Government officials.
Due to the uncertain nature of this, we cannot provide any additional insights as to when your package will be delivered if carriers cannot provide us with this information. If we do get any updates from the carrier, we will let you know immediately. It is best to continue checking your tracking number and wait for an update.
