During this unprecedented time, manufacturers are experiencing production delays and inventory shortages.
iRace cannot expedite production or order processing time one the manufacturers end under any circumstance.
Delays with Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers are experiencing historic levels of shipments and are back logged. Some shipments could be delayed as a result.
Additional delays may be experienced depending on your cities COVID situation. For example, Lockdowns or Stay at Home orders in your city may experience delays due to restrictions placed on the carriers by Government officials.
Due to the uncertain nature of this, we cannot provide any additional insights as to when your package will be delivered if carriers cannot provide us with this information. If we do get any updates from the carrier, we will let you know immediately. It is best to continue checking your tracking number and wait for an update.

Processing Delays at iRace
Due to sustained high order volume, our processing times at iRace may be increased temporarily. We do our best to package shipments and get them on route within 24-48 hours of receiving parts. However, processing time may be longer at this time.
Special note about Financed orders
Contact us for stock checks and lead time ahead of financing an order as 7.5% cancellation fee will be charged to all cancelled financed orders.
