We know you are eager to get your parts but daily ETA requests only delay things further as our team has to respond to all these inquiries. This takes us away from other things, like shipping orders.

Production and Shipping Delays
During this unprecedented time, manufacturers are experiencing production delays and inventory shortages. Additionally, shipping carriers are experiencing historic levels of shipments and are back logged. Some shipments could be delayed as a result.
iRace cannot expedite any part production or shipments nor can we do anything about delays that may be experienced. We ask that you be patient and understanding.
Additional delays may be experienced depending on your cities COVID situation. For example, Lockdowns or Stay at Home orders in your city will experience delays due to restrictions placed on the carriers by Government officials.
Due to the uncertain nature of this, we cannot provide any additional insights as to when your package will be delivered if carriers cannot provide us with this information. If we do get any updates from the carrier, we will let you know immediately. It is best to continue checking your tracking number and wait for an update.
