Refund, Return, Cancellation and Warranty Policies

We offer a 14 day return on all parts, excluding electronics, purchased directly off our website with the following exclusions:

  • All parts are subject to price changes and availability.
  • Any components that have been installed and used will not be accepted for returns.
  • Item must be returned in its original package with all package contents.

* Special Order * items

  • Special order items are FINAL SALE. No cancellations, refunds or returns will be accepted. Special order items are noted on the product page or advised to a customer by iRace prior to order. This includes things like custom built wheels or coilovers or specialty ordered items from Japan and other overseas countries.

Cancelling orders

  • Orders that are cancelled for any reason will be subject to a $20 processing fee.

Cancelling Financed orders

  • All financed orders that are cancelled will be charged a 7.5% cancellation fee.

Cancelling Orders when parts are in transit to iRace from the manufacturer(s)

  • Orders that are in transit from a manufacturer will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $75 if a cancellation or exchange is requested while the parts are in transit to iRace. If the order has already arrived to iRace then customer will also be responsible for any customs fees including duty paid by iRace on import. This amount is variable depending on the item in question.
  • Wheels cost $75-$100 per pair to return ship to the manufacturer if a cancellation is requested after the wheels have shipped from the manufacturers warehouse.
  • Duraflex orders are non refundable once aero has shipped from the manufacturers warehouse.
  • Seibon orders are non refundable once aero has shipped from the manufacturers warehouse.

Returning Orders

  • Any returns to iRace must be submitted via Return Request within 14 days of receiving an order.
  • Approved Return Requests must be received by iRace within 30 days of approval date. Returns received after 30 days will be shipped back at the buyers expense.
  • Items must be brand new and have not been installed or used and original box/packaging must be returned.
  • A 25% re-stocking fee on the item subtotal will be applied to refunds. Select returns will be eligible for a store credit at the discretion of iRace. The restocking fee can be waived if buyers accepts store credit when offered (minus $20 shipping fee on original shipment paid by iRace).
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping back to iRace.

Electronics and Custom Built Product Returns

  • Electronics/Sensors and custom built orders (wheels, coilovers etc.) are final sale. No exceptions.

Wheels that do not fit

  • Wheels that do not fit are not eligible for return unless an exception is made in circumstances where incorrect fitment was advised. Please research fitment prior to ordering.

Shipping Related Claims

Claims for missing, incorrect items, or items damaged in transit must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Please be sure to check all items once you receive them so that is there is an issue so that you are able to notify us as soon as possible.

Undeliverable Items

Any refused or undeliverable shipments that arrive back at our facility will incur all related shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier. These fees will be deducted from a refund or charged to the customer prior to re-shipping the order.


iRace Auto Sports does not independently warranty any broken or defective parts. Warranty is only avialable from the manufacturer directly. We will help to facilitate any warranty claims, including shipping, on a customers behalf.
